The Chalet was constructed in 2013 and is the most popular house in „zum Tiroler Bua“.
DIRECTLY AT SKILIFT and in the Nature Park Karwendel..
The house offers the first class level accommodation. We understand that a self-catering house of Tyrolean tradition should have traits of modern style as well. Our construction project was completely based on natural components; we equipped the house with breathable brick walls, stones, domestic woods (oak and spruce) and glass – this is a real ECO HOUSE!
Thereby we were able to build an attractive holiday domicile for groups, families, big families, and friends…
INFORMATION:
- The house is adapted for WHEEL CHAIR USERS and HANDICAPPED VISITORS!!!
- 1 spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, oven, big refrigerator, big sitting and TV corner, separate couch, Flat TV, drip coffee maker and TASSIMO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, a set of dishes… about 30 m²
- From November 2014 a tiled stove, which you can heat yourself with free wood
- All bedrooms are provided with solid wood furniture, natural floor from oak, blackout curtains
- Direct and barrier-free access to the terrace with a kettle grill, herb garden and garden furniture, lounger
- 3 bathrooms with waterfall shower, washbasins, towels
- 4 toilets
- Madl`s Lounge – big living room with a couch, cupboard, chest of drawers, table
- Madl`s Lobby with cinema and DVD-Player, Couch, toys…

Prices are quoted excluding tourist tax (for guests over 14 years).

It is not possible to arrive without proof of vaccination or proof of recovery and the full amount will be charged for this.
Your booking is guaranteed only upon confirmation from our side and receipt of pre-payment.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
- Arrival from 03:00 pm till 06:00 pm – we are kindly asking for a prior notification in case of late arrival.
- Departure till 10:00 am –an extended use of the booked room is possible upon prior arrangement.
BOOKING INFORMATION
- Apartments und chalets are booked solely for the fixed number of people indicated in the reservation confirmation. Renting to third parties is prohibited. Accommodation and relevant arrangements are reserved solely for our guests, who are registered at our house.
- Upon arrival you will be requested a deposit from €500 to €1200, depending on the type of booked arrangement. We are kindly asking you to prepare this amount of money in cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY- and PAYMENT TERMS:

- Prepayment: 30% of the total amount has to be paid on booking time – the reservation becomes effective upon receipt of prepayment only. The deposit will be retained in case of cancellation. No refund!! –You will be provided with necessary bank information from our side.
- Remaining amount: payable 2 weeks before arrival date or upon arrival in cash.
- Cancellation is accepted only in a written form.
- Cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
From the time of reservation confirmation up to 3 months before arrival date – prepayment will be retained!
From 3 months up to 1 month before arrival date – 40 % of the total amount will be charged;
from 1 month before arrival date as well as earlier departure – 100% of the total amount. - With the receipt of prepayment you agree with our booking conditions as stated above.
- Even if they look forward to your vacation, something can come in between still fast, we recommend a travel insurance our guests specifically.
